Hi John!
Concrete (the cement part) cures in about 30 years, then it remains stable (not the horse kind) for about 30-50 more years depending upon the mix design. Depending upon the amount of lime in the content it then begins to degenerate. The more lime the faster it disolves.
Bring a six-pack and we can go down to Hover Dam with our stop watches...= )
