It's recommended that you 'bench bleed' the master. This can be done on the truck. It's simply the process of cycling the master with the fluid being directed back into the reservoir. Manuals usually have an illustration showing short hard lines made specifically for this purpose.
However, I have simply filled up the dry master, already completely installed, and bled away(dry lines and wc's too). Worked for me.
