All,
I am getting my PW going after having parked it for 4 years while busy with other things (ran when parked - really). Anyway, turns out that it was full of fuel when parked, and then 4 years later I found it to be full of a turpentine-like substance instead. Got that drained, got the fuel tank out, cleaned up the completely clogged pickup tube, and fiddled with the amusing (and possibly working) fuel level sender. Now my question is what to do to clean the tank itself. It isn't too bad, but it does have a variety on interesting substances in it: light rust flakes, brown-black slime, etc. Thoughts on how to clean it?
