454's not known for mpg

My M1009 Blazer 6.2 NA diesel got 18.

My '95 F250 2x 351, 4.11 OD auto 5500# gets 15 at 75mph.

Youse guys need tune ups? alignment? dual exhaust? dive as if there was a egg between your foot and the pedals?
