If I may suggest, change your marketing method, everyone can see from the photo how nice they are, just post the price plus shipping and collect up front. The only reason that a customer should get a refund is if they are not happy with workmanship or material defects. You don't want to be out a cabinet or the money just because someone is cheap and takes advantage of your generosity.
