03 Dodge 2500 question

I am thinking of trading in my GMC 2500 and looked at an 03 Dodge 2500, quad cab, with the 5.7 hemi, and the laramie pkg. 22,000 miles, the truck looks like it should be on the new truck lot. Price seems good at $22,000. Anyone have any feedback on this year, engine etc?
