1960 w300 fire truck on ebay.. Bent and Retracted?

If you look at the picture of the front of the truck, you can see where the front pump goes across the bumper. Look closely at the distance between the small turn signal lights and the pump it self(the distance between the lights and the pump is different on both sides), it looks like the frame is bent. Additionaly, the high bidder just RETRACTED his bid on the truck. Buyer beware guys...Just thought I might throw that out there to anyone who is all ready to bid on this truck.....
