Wiring Question on Carryall

First I'll warn you guys I'm getting to the point where I'm going to have lots of questions. Laying out my wire harness to make my own and was wondering if I should use the radio interference filter or something newer. Seems like there should be newer technology available but if it serves its purpose I should use it. What has anyone else done?
P.S. How do you like my pinstriping on the Carryall? Thanks guys.
