Most commonly duals have 7.50 x 16 inch tires as they are not as wide as the 9.00 x 16. Rims are out there for the 7.50 x 16 dual set up. Do not use these with 9.00 x 16 as the tires will touch and it is not the correct rim for the tire.
Using 9.00 x 16 in a dually set up usually requires custom rims or altered rims from the 9.00 x 16 tire. I have seen several for sale from time to time. I have also see people move the centers of the Budd rim for 9.00 x 16 tires to get the needed off set.
The expensive way to go would be to buy a set of Alco rims that have a blank centers and have them machined for the PW bolt and hub.
