If my memory serves me correctly, the front spring mounts are in the right location, rears need to be moved slightly, a little driveshaft horse-play & fabricate some steering linkage & you're finished...no?
I personally would run 6 lug Closed knuckle Dana 70's from an early W300 & then run W300 budd rims so the wheels look more or less authentic.
I bet a guy could do the whole conversion in a couple of days.
That's my take but jobs always seem to snowball once you start!
