WOW! Learning to tan, do taxidermy and you have a Highlander longhorn in the freezer! Man, that sounds perfect all around! Cant go wrong with any of that stuff! I been tanning hides since I was 13, to do it the old fashioned way. I am no where near being a pro, but enjoy it anyway. Havent done any in a couple years tho..and as for the Scottish Highlanders, I hope to have about 3-4 roaming the pasture out in the back 40 by this time next year. I like working with Highlanders, very easy cows to work with, and they are not pickey eaters and still make a good cut of meat.
