Mark I think she's wrong. The frame serial number/date is all she needs.
I mailed my numbers,along with a check and phone number, and Bruce Thomas called me personaly and said it was on the way.
Follow instructions on Joe's page under "best of forum" or Vaughn's, PIF file.
The serial number is really all you need
