I noticed that in Firefox it would not display unless I had Javascript enabled. However, it wouldn't even display a gray box so it may not be your issue.

From the Frappr FAQ:
We test the site with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.1. Firefox on Mac and Safari 1.3 on Mac seem to work. Not too sure about Opera. Internet Explorer for AOL doesn't seem to work well.

No Netscape!
