The MU-2 and the Lu-4 (m37) winches are very different. About the only common feature they share is the input shaft is on the left (drivers) side.
The LU-4 with special mounts, on each side of the winch bolts on the frame rails. The MU-2 bolts on mounts that spans the frame rails. The frame spacing is different between the PW and M37. The LU-4 is an Aluminum Winch Housing, not nearly the quality/strength of a Mu-2. As as example, I can pick up a LU-4 with no cable, from the floor and set it on the bench top. I can not pick up a MU-2 with no cable.
Given the above, it is not plug and play ! With a supply of steel, welder, something to cut steel, it could be made to fit. It would take some doing, it would not look right on a PW and I dont think in the end you would be happy. You can see in the picture that the LU-4 also sits much higher than a Mu-2
Look at this site and you can see how much different the LU-4 is compared to a MU-2. http://imageevent.com/moosecreekmaple/lu4winch
