rocky i am looking in my pw manuel right now. it just shows the levers mounted to the tranny like in the pics. i'm not seeing a frame mounted bracket. BUT ican't find a date [copyright] on this book so your truck might out date my book , sorry i was hoping it would have more info for you.
i'll keep digging though.
