I have around 5 rims with old NDs on them. The tires hold air and have tread but they are cracked and will not pass state inspection.
The rims have many paint layers and at least one rim has rust on the split rim edge. I would suggest getting the tire removed to verify the rim's condition. No charge if the rims looks bad after I remove the tire and you no longer want it. I will not sell rims that I know are damaged. I am not a business. I do not pay for shipping.
I prefer you to have you see them in person either at my place or at the Tobyhanna PA Military Vehicle show Feb 5 - I'll bring some if anyone's interested.
Rims are heavy so shipping will be at least $20. I can take photos if needed.
Dismounting the tires and getting rid of the old NDs is a pain, so please do not ask for them to be dismounted unless you are serious.
