I've talked to Herb and he's provided me with pictures. He seems up-front and his trucks appear to be sound, though I've never actually physically inspected or purchased from him. His prices might be a bit on the high-side but, then again, all of these trucks seem to command pretty high prices now days. I wouldn't be afraid of dealing with Herb, but you can never go wrong by physically inspecting the truck before purchase.
