I was wondering about that when I read about the possibility of a Gama Goat engine swap-in.
I've read that Gama Goats are so loud that everyone -- including the patients
in the ambulance versions -- had to wear ear plugs because of engine noise.
Is that because of engine placement in the GG, the engine itself or both? What else used
the 353 Detroit? (I'd guess that there were lots of applications)
