Hi Ray!
1. Check all bearings for any broken pieces;
2. Check all other internal parts for what might be a chipped area where a piece may have broken off;
3. If the above does not reveal where the broken pieces came from, then assume they were left in the case from a prior repair job.
4. Check to see if any parts are magnetized using a small piece of thin steel. Happens with the loose rollers and gears. Demagnatize parts if needed. They pick up small pieces of metal causing wear.
Parts:
1. You can make your gaskets or get a gasket set for an NP205 -- Fel-Pro# TS 80332
2. Drive gear bearing rollers are Federal Mogul (BCA)# C1960Q (70 loose rollers are required). When ordering check the amount that comes in the pack.
3. Gear shaft bearing rollers are Federal Mogul (BCA)# QBR23549 -- 30 required, two packs needed.
All other bearings will have a number on them.
4. Adjustment of driven gear bearings should be with bearings clean and dry. Assemble using shims, and adjust until gears turn freely with no slack in bearings (end play). Shims can be purchased from your dodge dealer

5. Oil Seals
Yoke seals Federal Mogul# 410308 (4)
Shift rail seals Federal Mogul# 6835S (2)
Well that's about it. Clean and inspect bearings for those needing replacement, or you can get a complete bearing pakage from VPW for around $260 or so. Good Luck!
