My M-37 has had a 12V conversion started on it--alternator, ignition, and gauges(I think!)--the problem is, it has basically NO lights:headlights, taillights, turn signals, etc. The original 24V harness has been severely butchered, and not much of it remains--I would like to totally rewire the truck. Is there any preferred method of doing this? What original parts can be used? (such as the 24v 3-rocker headlight/blackout light switch panel, headlights themselves, etc.) Are there any good books on the subject? I mean, I'm fairly good at wiring aftermarket accessories, but with this thing, where do I start? I suppose I need a fuse block of some sort--right now, the truck runs, but I have no clue as to how the battery is getting power to the ignition system..........Thanks for any help on this nightmare........e-mail me or post here.
