The shift pattern you show for the tranny is that of the 1948-67 Chevy SM420. It is a very strong trans used in up to two ton trucks anyway. Low gear is 7.05 to 1.
The hook up to the transfer case was probably made using a 1 3/8 x 16 spline female Spicer yoke for the front half of the intermediate shaft and the original Detroit type male slip joint for the rear half.
