It looks like the inspection dates have passed, but the bid opening isn't until November 7, so I think you've got a few days. If you like to take chances, you could call about it and get some basic information and submit a bid. If I had more room in my driveway, I'd be submitting a bid instead of telling you guys about it.
By the way, there were several other military vehicles listed, including some 6x6s.
