Quick check of "Standard Catalog of 4 x 4's, 1945 - 1993" confirms most production numbers you listed & does include Town Wagons & Panels in the W100 group for '57 - '66. In the "Std Cat" all groups are listed in total - no detail of Chassis & Cab vs. Utiline vs. Sweptline vs. Wagon vs. Panel. Hope that helps.
