Will the rims fit?

Is the rim to drum clearance the same on a 1/2 ton as it is on a FFPW? I am looking at a set of stockton wheels that are 16" * 10" and they were built for a 1/2 ton. I know that there are some concerns of clearing the drums with 16s and was hoping to get some reassurance they would fit a FFPW.
