what is it? at first i thought it was a 4 door that he cut. up then i noticed the dip in the running board so was it a command car? i also noticed the different front end like a war series wc 54 i think that brings up some else does any one have a web site where htey have all the wc n m series dodges so i can try to memorize them n be half as wize as some of u out there
