Try testing the windshield frame with a magnet - if it won't stick to the w.s. frame it's stainless steel, if it sticks to the w.s. frame it's chromed steel. I believe you will find it to be chromed steel, because stainless steel w.s. frames were not offered by Mopar. You could pay a little extra to get an optional chromed w.s. frame on your truck.
