A couple years ago somebody sold a snow cat (not Tucker, but some skid-steer type) on ebay that had been dolled up to look like a "tank". I'm thinking this might be the same one, but am not sure. The track mechanism looks too heavy for a snow cat so perhaps it is some kind of light military armor.
