Actually, with the top, it was canvas, with a small rip in it, but when I got there, it had grown, to like wide open. I had other items too, like BDU's that were supposed to be upper's and lower's, only to discover they were all upper's. My bad because I didn't inspect. Now, if I will ever bid again, it will be on things I can get to and inspect myself.
