It is a Water Cannon to put it another way. It is used to spray water out of a mounted Fire Nozzle that you can stand behind and aim like a cannon. You can also adjust it to a certain posision and lock it in place and just leave it spray. You can also drive the truck while it shoots water out of it going down the road. Mark H.
