Tim, I know the feeling, I alsmost bought a 331 Hemi for $1500 with some stuff broken, A 318 poly that was supposidly rebuilt but the guy didn't know what had been done for $800. I just can't deal with a whole motor rebuild thing because the are hardly any good machine shops around that do rebuilding work any more. I came to my senses and bought a whole truck with a good La 318 for $250. I started it tonight and it purrs like a kitten, now I can junk the rest for parts and move on toward completion of the PW, just not sure how many more years it'll take!! Ha Ha!
