M37 and M43 Diff. gear question.

I picked up some parts for my M43 The guy included a gear set free. He said it might be for an M37. It has 35 teeth on the ring gear and 6 teeth in the pinion. Would these be the right gears for an M37 or M43? Thanks in advance, Bill Ward
