There has been more than one time when my other vehicles were in need of repair and hard down and I have found myself driving the 1941 WC10 (carryall) to work for weeks at a time. Admittedly it was closer to 40 miles a day but it is two lane blacktop on mountain roads. I do more of it at 35 M.P.H. than 50. On top of that there are very few pull outs. People in town know real quick when my "other" cars are not running.
On the positive side it is comforting to know that the WC ALWAYS starts (although I have been known to get of the crank and turn it by hand).
I like to think of it as making memories.
