disc brakes

I am new to having /beginning rebuilding a truck.

I have been e-mailing Ray Suiter (Helitool)about disc brakes beginning back in early December. He told me to check back this month. When I did his response seemed a little unusal and that now it would be at least until the end of the year before he would know if he could supply more brake conversions.

Is there anyone else like this guy to provide brake conversions?
