Lancaster Upholstery in PA makes a gray headliner to match the later PWs based on an original provided by John Low.

The cardboard has graining, although its not the same wide graining as the original simulated leather. The quality, workmanship and fit are excellent. When I installed mine I chose not to secure the roof panel to the two tabs that extend down for this purpose. Three years later and it has not sunk at all. If it does, I'll secure it with the large flat washers like original. By the way, on other brands you are supposed to spray the back of the cardboard with amonia to allow it to bend without breaking.
On my 1950 the upper gray is a near perfect match. The lower gray should be darker. You'll also note that on mine the dark gray panels are trimmed with dark gray piping. The originals were trimmed with light gray piping to match the piping on the upper panels.
Cost was $267.00 plus $19.32 tax and $55.00 shipping. I can't remember, but this may have included the stainless fastener grommets. If not, you can get them at any Lowe's hardware store.
