I have one I picked up just like that. They are very similar. Here is the info I got with mine. It is a bit different that original ones as it has only 1 lever on the right side and overall a bit larger.. Clint will probably have a better explanation.
"This is a fully restored King Seeley jeep engine governor,this governor was taken off a running PE-95-G Onan generator powered by a Willys MB engine, I restored and kept it intending for it to be a (ready to go) spares replacement for my O'keefe and Merrit PE-95-G jeep engine generator,I no longer need it as I have now aquired a second O'keefe and Merrit PE-95 G for spares.
The governor has been fully restored to (factory finish) specifications,all bearings are in perfect condition,the unit runs perfectly,the data plate model No. is # 26710-326"
