OK. 1950 B-2 PW. Two winters ago I completely went through the brake system: New wheel cylinders, new Brake lines, rebuilt the master cylinder, everything, and bled the system thoroughly. I drove the truck a bit, and for about the last 6 months, the truck has sat idle. Today I went out to adjust the brake pedal pushrod (because the brakes would always engage when the pedal was almost at the floor, and the truck would brake poorly, and I could not apply full brake pressure- the pedal hit the floor). But first, I decided to check the brake fluid in the master cylinder-- None! Bone dry. I cannot find a visible leak anywhere, just a little slickness on the rubber master cylinder boot. Where is it all going? Out the back of the MC towards the pushrod? Is this common? This is a bit disconcerting, since like I said, I redid the whole system just a couple years ago. Thanks for your help!
