You should be able to use the bucket to lift the rear up. Then fill the hole with rocks, timbers, etc. You might want to wait till the ground freezes or dries out so you don't just get stuck again. I don't think you'll be able to pull it out with any wheeled vehicle. A cat would pull it out, but if it's stuck that bad you might do some damage to the tractor. If you can't lift it up with the bucket, put some timbers under the rear end and jack it up by hand. Either way you have to get that wheel out of the hole and fill up the hole.
