The Dodge Version NV-4500HD used behind the CTD
had a 29 spline output shaft. The Dodge Version NV-4500 Standard Duty uses a 23 spline output shaft.
A Dodge NP-205 T Case 1989-1993 as used behind the Getrag 5 speed tranny on the CTD is a 29 spine input.
Drive couplings are available from any dodge dealer for about $60. This would be a direct plug and play to a NV-4500HD

I know of no drive couplings going from 29 spline (NV-4500) to 23 spline (nP-205). Advanced Adapters has a lot of modification parts for NP-205. Its possible you could change the input shaft to a 29 spline. However, I have no idea what would be involved in this modification. Changing the output shaft on a NV-4500 to match your NP-205 would be a very costly venture.
I suggest you contact Advanced Adapters and Novak Conversions, both companies are heavy into drive lines
and may be able to suggest a easy fix.
