The Library of Virginia Signal Corps collect has a pier shot covered with these trucks, all hauling the one ton Ben Hur trailer with the generator inside.

The twist here is that a contractor was employed to convert the standard military 4 x 4 panel van to a radio truck(with side boxes, etc), and they converted such a large percentage of production that the ordinary plain uncoverted military panel like Erik's in this photo is notiecably rarer and more pricey.
