Scott, You guys are sharp, I made sort-of a truss set-up, you can see the 1" rod thrugh the window which transfers the bottom chord of the truss to the top of the beam, the lvl's that I used sagged a little too much for my liking so I made the whole window thing into a truss. I made the whole barn from mostly salvaged lumber from houses that I've torn down over the years,except for the siding, some plywood and roofing. It was a lot of fun building it. I'm not done yet, I need to build a furnace room and another shed off the right side if I get enough left over stuff from the project I'm working on now! As long as I can keep up with the tax increases every year I can stay here!! Ha ha!
