I will be going in to the hospital on Tuesday to have my left index finger tendon reattached, some bone fragments removed, and a skin graft or two, after a disagreement with a chain saw.

It's hard to type with a big bloody bandage on half of my supply of available typing fingers.

Wish me luck. Health insurance will pay for the whole thing, thank God.

Send maple-flavored mule jerky.
