I just got off the phone with Newport Wipers.
All the wipers they make are for below windshield mounting. They are designed to fit factory location and hook to the existing linkage that connects/drives the wiper arms.
They said that they do not make/sell any wiper motors for above windshield mounting (as on our PW/WC).
However thanks for shareing the Newport Site
it might have been just what we all are looking for.
