Around here the DOT still limints you to 36,000 lbs on dual axles so that leaves you at 19,000 lbs on the front, which exceeds our single axle loads. The over weight fine fees get high. I can licence my truck to 105,000 lbs but I better have a trailer behind me carring some of that weight and the manufactured load rating is 85,000 lbs with a trailer. That is where the drop axles come in handy but try to get the manufacture to raise the limints of your truck if they did not install them. Mark H.
