230 motor question....

Hey got the week off and started to tear down the motor(230) on the PW. On the tops of the piston is marked I-451, was wondering what that means?
The water passes in the block are almost blocked with rust, thinking the best option would take every thing to the machine shop for a good cleaning.
I don't think that the motor was rebuilt like the previse owner said it was?
