You're getting closer, got the thumbnail now for the fullsize pic:

Navigate to your photos on my site, then right-click on the selected photo, and choose Properties; the complete address (URL) will be displayed in the Properties windows. Or if you use Firefox for a web browser, right-click and select Copy Image Location. After finding the address copy the URL into the Optional Image Link URL: block at the bottom of a new message post.
