I have a coffe-table type book here somewhere, entitled "Dodge Trucks, a Pictorial History" or some such. I haven't read it in years. It is filled with gorgeous color photos of Dodge trucks, with the exception of the T-137 type Power Wagon. Not one picture!
Back when I bought my first PW, a '55, I called Chrysler to inquire about its history, etc, and the nice little old lady in the archive department referred me to Mr. Zentmeyer, because, she said "He's the expert. No-one here at Chrysler knows much about those trucks. We've thrown away most of the paperwork on them."
The next call to John Z. triggered a mailing from Gordon M. at what was to become the PWA, and that eventually led to this forum.
So in the end, it has all worked out. Finally, there is a place for us PW people to congregate.
Plus, you all have had the pleasure of seeing pictures of me and the missus.
A joyful Christmas to one and all.
