OT Mega Cab Question { Short bed}

Just wondering with the Mega Cab coming with a short bed how will it be with pulling a Fith wheel camper. Will you still be able to use the same hitch or will you have to get the kind of hitch that moves in close places. And with a daul tandem trailer will the single rear wheel will it be ok to use. And not get caught by Troopers. Thanks David
