the XPS Ribs all developed circumferential splits at the bead area
I had just inspected & checked the inflation
prior to a trip that my wife took from Las Vegas to So Cal
when she returned the tires had the splits
Michelin warrantied all tires even the spare
which had never seen the light of day
they did a 25% prorata & we paid that plus
9 mounting & balancing which was very fair
