We had a tragedy here last week in the snow. A guy on an ATV decided to pull some kids with a rope to their sleds, sort of like a train set up.
The problem was that he decided to do this alongside a public road on the shoulder.
You guessed it, a motorist was confused by the ATV lights, its position and the poor visibility present and somehow hit one of the kids on the sled, killing him.
