(1) Body mounts are even and tight
(2) Hinges are perfct
(3) Align doors for a n even gap- done right the door will close with one finger
(4) fit the fenders- I use wheel alignment shims as well as body shims to do this.
It will take a minimum of one day for a decent driver type fit. For a show truck ? How much do youwant to spend ? I have gone as far as to shave a door or add metal to a door in an effort to get a perfect gap.
